Acknowledgement

By participating in any of our activities you hereby acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating in the Keep The Earth Fresh cleanup event. You understand that there may be certain risks associated with participating in the cleanup, including, but not limited to, the risk of injury or harm from exposure to hazardous materials or unsafe conditions.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in this event, you hereby waive and release any and all claims, suits, or causes of action against Keep The Earth Fresh, its officers, directors, volunteers, employees, and agents (collectively referred to as "Releasees") arising out of or in connection with my participation in the cleanup.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, suits, or causes of action brought against them, and any damages, expenses, or costs incurred by the Releasees in connection with such claims, suits, or causes of action.

You understand that my participation in the cleanup is entirely voluntary and that you may withdraw yourself participation at any time. You also understand that this waiver and release is binding on yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

You have carefully read and understand the terms of this waiver and release, and you voluntarily agree to the terms of this document. Keep The Earth Fresh is not responsible for enforcing your reading of this document nor release of rights.
